The Buckinghamshire Celtic Harpist - Celtic Harpist & Singer Feedback

Just to say that she is such a lovely Lady, before the event of my daughter's wedding any music or requests we had she tried her upmost to supply. On the day itself she arrived in plenty of time and her playing and singing was one of the 'highlights' of the wedding ceremony. Her music was just beautiful and so calming on the nerves lol! (mine). It was a glorious day both weather wise and in other ways and she played in the grounds of the Hotel after the ceremony, to hear her music floating through the air was first class, my daughter mentioned to me how nice it was for her to hear her music in the background when the photographer took her and her new husband off to have some photos on their own. Lots of guest commented on her lovely playing and when a small child played besides her harp she played 'tinkle twinkle little star' for her how lovely that was. Her attitude and helpfulness is first class and I would highly recommend her for a Wedding or any social event, Thank you so much!

Diane Nemec, Southampton

I just wanted to thank you very much for playing your harp at Gary & Louise's wedding last Saturday. You certainly helped to make their wedding the most enjoyable day they and I could wish for. I do think that to watch someone so talented play such a beautiful instrument is very much a pleasure and the sound of a harp is truly delightful.

Gill Mouat,

I wanted you to know how much we appreciated your music on Sunday; many people said how nice it was to hear the harp in the background. Thank you for moving during lunch too, and for quietly organising your own arrival and departure, as you saw, things got a bit hectic and you were left very much to your own devices - what resource! Thank you again.

Colin Cook,

This is a belated thank you but very sincerely meant. We were delighted to have you perform at our Diamond Wedding Anniversary it made the evening complete, and we have had many compliments about your playing, how nice it was to have lovely music played, but still to be able to talk. Thank you once again and if you have any cards, I am sure a great many people would like to have you play at other functions.

Sheila Knight, Old Basing

Having finally managed to catch up with being back I thought I would e-mail to you thank you so much for playing your Harp for us on our Wedding Day at our Reception. We were so lucky to have found you and I am really pleased that we were let down by our other entertainment as you were so much more appropriate and everyone who came has commented on how lovely it was. Thank you very much again and we will both definitely be recommending you to all the brides we meet in the future!

Sophia Dean and Lee Dean, Brackley

This is just a note to say a very big thank you so much for all your help in the run up to, and your beautiful playing on our wedding day. We have had so many compliments on the music at the ceremony, you truly brought a special and magical touch to our day that I think everyone appreciated and will remember for a long time.

Karen and Gregg Braseby,

I have had many of the guests comment on how wonderful the harp was and how good the playlist during the wedding breakfast was. Once again, thank you. You helped in making our day very special indeed.

Gareth Arthur,

Mike and I wanted to put on record our appreciation for your magnificent input to our wedding celebration on Friday. Your selection of music was spot on and set the tone perfectly for the afternoon. I am sorry I did not get to thank you personally but both Mike and I got swept up in the next event (balloons) and then the next and the one after that. We are both so grateful to you for your contribution to our day - many, many thanks indeed.

Vikki Mathews,

I wanted to email and say a massive thank you for your beautiful harp playing on 11th April. I am so sorry I didn't get to come over and talk to you and thank you in person. I was making my way to you as you finished to say thanks and got hijacked by my mother in law and when I turned you had gone!

Not only with the wonderful music you played at our Partnership Ceremony but for learning some new pieces of music in such a short time and playing them so beautifully. It really was excellent. Our guests have remarked how much they enjoyed your playing and how much a harp really makes it special. Once again, many thanks from both of us.

Lorraine and Karen,

This is just a quick note to thank you for playing at our wedding in Keele Hall back in July. As you know, when our local harpist pulled out at the last minute due to health problems, we thought that we would have to do without the music we had chosen so carefully. We will always remember how lucky we were that you not only stepped in at the eleventh hour, but also played and sang so beautifully. Your performance was exactly what we had hoped for and our guests loved it! We have had so many comments about how it gave fluency to the ceremony and how much everyone enjoyed your solo. Thank you again, and if you would like to show this letter to any prospective clients, please do so with our blessing.

Mark and Vicki Whittaker, Bury St Edmunds

Helen and Chris Noye, Reading

Mrs D Harding, Basingstoke

I am so sorry to have left it so long to email you to thank you for playing at our wedding at Tylney Hall on 6th May this year. Everyone commented on how beautifully you played and sang and that it gave a lovely atmosphere to the ceremony. I know lots of the wedding party also enjoyed listening to you playing outside on the terrace. I must thank you in particular for being so patient with my 3 year old niece and showing her how to play - that really was very kind given that your harp must be worth a fortune! It is such a beautiful instrument and not something that most people get the opportunity to appreciate very often so we are very grateful to you for making the journey to join us. If you would like to pass on my details to any prospective clients, I would be only too happy to provide a testimonial. Thank you again for making our day even more special to us and I am so sorry that I haven't emailed sooner. Kindest wishes for the future.

Claire, Tylney Hall

Please accept our belated thank-you for the wonderful music you provided throughout our wedding celebration at Tylney Hall on August 13th of this year. The harp was the perfect addition to our celebration and it made both us and our guests feel so relaxed and welcome. In fact, your music created the perfect intimate and familiar atmosphere we wanted to achieve. Thank-you again for learning our special pieces; in particular the memory of "The secret Wedding" from Braveheart during my entrance will stay with me for many years to come, as well as "I don't want to miss a thing" by Aerosmith during the signing of the register. Your professionalism and pleasant and helpful approach to setting the music for our day took away the stress I anticipated in deciding on such details.Thank-you again and we wish you all the very best.

Anna and Andrew, Basingstoke
