The Scotland Wedding Harpist - Harpist
Looking for a wedding harpist in Scotland?
This talented harpist is an experienced professional performer for events & occasions throughout the country. Having received training at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (formerly the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama), University of Glasgow, Royal Irish Academy of Music and Trinity College Dublin, she is exceptionally talented at both the Concert and Lever harp.
As well as specialising in Scottish Music, she has recently attained a Licentiate of the London College of Music Diploma (LLCM) in Irish Traditional Music Performance on the Irish Harp.
In 2009, she was awarded the prestigious John Sebastian Morley Prize at the International Harp Summer School and has also played Scottish harp in many different traditional music groups. Her teaching is in high demand and her expressive playing shows her clear passion for the harp, which she strives to pass onto her pupils. Her repertoire consists of music from many genres including traditional, classical and popular pieces as well as her own compositions and arrangements.
The magical sound of the harp will create the perfect atmosphere for any celebration and her performances are suitable for all occasions, from weddings to corporate events and each client’s individual tastes and requirements can be accommodated.
