The York Wedding Harpist - Harpist
The York Wedding Harpist graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music in 2011 after attending Chetham’s School of Music and performs across the North of England.
She has played for numerous weddings and corporate functions and is comfortable playing a large variety of musical styles – everything from classical to jazz, from folk to pop.
The York Wedding Harpist also plays with several orchestras and is a member of the harp quartet CLOUDS and teaches the harp at Chetham’s School of Music and also has several private pupils.
Notable venues in which she has performed at are the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester, York Minster, as well as the Natural History Museum and The Barbican in London.
The York Wedding Harpist has also played for Prince Charles as part of his 60th Birthday celebrations and been onstage supporting Idina Menzel in Manchester’s Palace Theatre.
She provides background music for weddings, funerals and corporate functions.
