This Derbyshire wedding harpist is a freelance harpist and harp teacher with a thriving teaching practice of over 30 students stretching from Cirencester in the West to Lincoln in the East, with a pass rate of 100% with ABRSM. She studies with world famous virtuoso harpist David Watkins who is happy to endorse her teaching practice.
She also runs a Harp Ensemble of 8 harpists and performs as a duo with another harpist. She gained experience of the harp making business during the eight years she worked for Clive Morley Harps as a Sales Manager prior to going freelance in November 2008.
She thoroughly enjoys performing at weddings and her repertoire is mixed ranging from classical, to modern popular and folk music. If a client has a specific piece in mind then she is very happy to add it to her existing repertoire.

Just some feedback on the harpist that attended our wedding on the 12th April at Woodbourgh Hall Nottingham. We thought she was amazing, punctual, very pleasant and made the ceremony and day more interesting. The harpist played beautifully - would recommend the harpist to anyone getting married.

Good morning Geoff, what can I say, a fantastic day. Taking everything into account, the changes in proposals put forward to you which you managed professionally and quickly without reservation or frustration. Accepting the late confirmation of the booking, the harpist was brilliant. She arrived in advance, set up and gave fantastic value for money. Her partner remained in the vehicle some distance away from both venues. She later packed up at the church and travelled to the reception area where she again set up and began playing some great recitals. I had a conversation with her, enquired about the hard and she later allowed the bride and groom to take to the chair for a photo opportunity. The time spent at the two venues, playing was more than I expected. It added to the whole ambience of the wedding and due to the planning my son and his wife put into the vent, really made it unique. Friends, family and relatives have commented upon the Harpist and the uniqueness of the wedding. I would have no hesitation in recommending your service and using you again
