The London Kora Player
This Kora player and singer is from South Senegal and currently based in London where he performs his original music inspired by the West African Griot repertoire - available for all types of events.
He has been working with the Royal Shakespeare Company on a production called Julius Caesar set in Africa for the last six months. A tour of the UK followed the production which then ended in Moscow.

He was simply a joy to have for the day. Charming and talented. I knew that his talent was probably going to be underexploited for my aim of echoing Mike's beloved African childhood. I apologised to him when we met for not being able to offer him more attentive public. He was really gracious about it. However many people took the time to listen between meeting family and friend and commented on his musical qualities. But I often felt his talent was drown in the crowd noise. I hope he didn’t mind too much. Thanks for your help and your quick response for a very short notice.
