Lauren Keating - Harpist & Singer

This performer plays the Celtic harp (Clarsach) which is a smaller type of harp and has many years of performing experience. Her repertoire ranges from classical (Ave Maria) to popular (Coldplay, Take That etc) to Traditional (Scottish, Welsh and Irish folk) to medieval and renaissance. If you have a particular theme for your wedding just ask and she can not only provide the music but often the appropriate outfit too (e.g. historical).

She can also provide singing (many pieces are either instrumental or harp and voice) and music on the flute. Whatever you wish for, the overall sound is magical and mesmerising and will add that extra special sparkle to your event!

Her harp is small enough to fit into any venue and is easy to move from room to room without the need of trolleys, vans or manpower. The sound does not dominate the event, although if louder volumes are required the harp can be amplified.

Any function is considered from birthdays to weddings and corporate events.

Lauren Keating - Harpist & Singer Feedback

She played the harp at the church while my husband and I were signing the register. Her harp playing was beautiful and it was a memorable addition to our special day. Many of our guests commented on how lovely the music was.

Seraphina and Dan,

I'll never forget arriving at our drinks reception, being introduced by the toastmaster and greeted by the sweeping melodic scale of the harp. A real ta-da moment! She arrived at the venue, set up and commenced performing with the minimum of fuss, interacted with our guests in a polite manner and performed beautifully Thank you!

Amanda and Richard, The Cedars, Westbury

Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you so much for the beautiful music on our wedding day! It created a beautiful atmosphere and I'm so pleased we chose you!

Kellyanne and David, Parley Manor,

We just wanted to write and say thank you for playing at our wedding. The harp sounded absolutely beautiful in such an amazing venue. One of my lasting memories will be you trying to sing through your laughter as I was trying to get in the door!

Sarah and John, , none (April, 2011)

I’d just like to drop you a quick line to say how thrilled we were with your music at our wedding in May. The mixture of your voice and the harp was the perfect accompaniment to our meal, both in historical context and ambiance! Thanks for your performance

Erica and James, , none (May, 2011)

Your playing made our day and ceremony that extra bit special, Thank you so much.

Becky and Damian, Bishopstrow House, Warminster

Just a quick note to say Thank you for playing at our wedding reception last week at Bath Spa. We all enjoyed your music and no greensleeves! Having you play was a lovely addition to our reception, Many Thanks.
