This flute and guitar duo is based in the East Midlands and have a diverse repertoire and specialise in providing music for every occasion such as weddings, restaurants, garden parties, corporate functions etc at very reasonable prices.

They provide high quality music for special occasions and are happy to shape their repertoire to your personal requirements and are able to select music from a wide range of pieces, from classical to jazz and popular music, all at competitive prices enhancing your event with a sparkle and a personal touch. From Bach to Boccherini and Mozart to Mancini.

The flautist and guitarist are both highly accomplished musicians and respected performers. Having studied respectively at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts, Stuttgart and Leeds College of Music they formed the duo in 2004.

The Flautist studied Flute and Dalcroze Eurhythmics at the Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart and had a very inspiring education there. She performs regularly with Orchestras in the East Midlands, professional Ensembles, a Wind Quintet and this duo. Besides her Flute teaching she is also a qulified Yoga teacher and runs projects and music workshops.

The Guitarist studied classical guitar at Leeds College of Music and also received tuition from leading professional players including Paul Galbraith, David Leisner, Nicola Hall and Ben Verdery. He currently studies musical interpretation with George Hadjinikos, classical guitar with Simon Dinnegan and Luigi Palumbo and performs regularly with a Guitar Quartet, this duo and as a soloist. In his spare time he likes walks, reading, cats and tea.

They have a wide range of ceremonial music on offer including favourites such as Bach’s Sleepers Awake and Handel’s Water Music. They can play relaxing music as your guests take their seats, bridal marches while you walk down the isle and you may even like to make a special request for music as you sign the register.

Their exciting collection of Latin American, Jazz and light Classical music is ideal for your drinks reception and/or wedding meal. Guaranteed to add some sparkle to your special day!
