This flute player, living in London, is available as a soloist (with or without backing tracks) and also as a flute and harp duo or flute and piano duo, creating the perfect sound for wedding ceremony and reception music. 

The London Flautist is originally from Hong Kong and completed her Orchestral Performance Diploma and Master of Orchestral Performance at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, both of which with scholarships. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Music at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2020.

As an active chamber and orchestral player, who has performed in opera projects with the Royal Welsh Orchestra, performing for the ‘Le Nozze di Figaro’. she has worked with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Welsh National Opera, London Opera Company Orchestra, Lambeth Orchestra, Westminster Philharmonic Orchestra, Royal Welsh Symphony Orchestra, City of Newport Symphony Orchestra, Guildford Youth Symphony Orchestra, Hong Kong Youth Orchestra, Ponte Orchestra, Pro Arte Orchestra of Hong Kong, Chung Chi Orchestra and so on.

The London Flautist is a passionate learner, and has perfomed and participated in international flute conventions and festivals across the UK, Italy, Portugal, Austria and Singapore. 

In recent years, The London Flautist has been awarded prizes in various music competitions and gave a performance at the Weill Recital Hall, Carnegie Hall in New York (2019), after being presented the first prize in the Golden Classical Music Awards.

She is also the winner of the New Talent Festival 2022 and the finalist of the British Flute Competition 2022.

In 2022, she participated in the Vienna Masterclass 2022 and performed at the Bank Austria Salon im Alten Rathaus in Vienna. In the same year, she also engaged in the Verão Clássico 2022 and performed at the Picadeiro Real de Belém, Museu Nacional dos Coches in Portugal.

After gaining much experiences and exposure, The London Flautist is now looking to dedicate herself to providing musical performances for weddings and events. She is always happy to play classical, popular and world music.
