The Cornwall String Quartet - String Quartet
This string quartet is based in Cornwall, and perform as individuals regularly with many orchestras and chamber ensembles in the South West and also teach music to the young people of Cornwall.
As a quartet, they have played together for many years at a wide range of venues and events in Cornwall and Devon, including hotels, stately homes, town halls, beaches, the Eden Project, Heligan and Trebah Gardens. They have even been filmed for television playing in a Cornish clay pit!
The quartet can provide music for all occasions and regularly play for weddings, garden parties, anniversaries and birthday celebrations and offer a broad range of musical styles including classical favourites, jazz standards, folk arrangements and popular songs.
Your programme could include a Bach Suite, a Mozart Divertimento, a Gershwin medley and a pop song from the sixties. You may prefer a purely classical selection.
They can make every effort to play your favourites where possible.
