The Scottish Oompah Band - Oompah Band

The Scottish Oompah Band are a 6-piece Bavarian Oompah band based in Fife specialising in performing for Oktoberfest celebrations, beer festivals, weddings and corporate events.

The band have a frontman / compare who will get everyone involved and entertain your guests with his banter and drinking games. Put together with some of Scotland's finest brass players, you are guaranteed to have a fun night out!

The Scottish Oompah Band have played in some of the UK's largest Bavarian Bierkellers and will get everyone toasting, swaying from side to side in time to a Bavarian waltz. They are an experienced and will tailor each performance to suit the occasion and mood.

Most of the musicians in The Scottish Oompah Band have been in the world famous Hofbrauhaus in Munich to much acclaim, they have also performed in the some of the largest and most prestigious theatres in Germany to great reviews.

The band is comprised of 2 Trumpets, 1 Euphonium, 1 Trombone, 1 Sousaphone and a Percussionist all of whom have played at the highest level in their chosen field, whether in Brass bands, orchestras, wind or military bands. They have all travelled extensively to compete at the highest level too so you can be assured that you will be presented with top quality music.

The Scottish Oompah Band are a specialist entertainment group that are perfect for functions, parties, wedding receptions, armed forces events, corporate events, Round Table events, company parties, fundraising nights, university societies, private parties and of course, beer festivals.
