The Midlands Bagpiper - Highland piper
Looking for a Bagpiper in the Midlands? The Midlands Bagpiper has over 45 years’ experience as a Highland piper, playing with various bands and as a guest with the Band of the Queen’s Division and the Band of the Royal Corps of Signals.
As a soloist, he has played at a wide variety of functions, including weddings, funerals, corporate events and trade fairs.
He has appeared on radio and TV and speaks fluent French and German, with a smattering of Japanese and Russian. He can appear in a variety of outfits: full dress, evening (formal) dress and Highland dress appropriate for a wedding or funeral.
As a quieter alternative to the Highland pipes, he also plays the Scottish small pipes.
