She is renowned for her vast repertoire and delivers Punjabi Folk Songs, Dholki Sangeet, Urdu Ghazal, Sufi and Bollywood styles with equal ease.
Born and raised in the UK she is a prolific singer, theatre actor, radio presenter and vocal tutor.
Shah has received training and guidance from Javed Iqbal Ghauri, (Karachi) Pt Suresh Wadkar (Mumbai) Chandrima Mishra-ji, Baldev Mastana-ji and Chiranjib Chakraborty-ji (U.K.)
She holds a first class honors Degree and LTCL in Indian Vocal music from The Trinity College of Music, London.
With her passion for languages, Shah has also studied Indian literature at SOAS and just completed her post-graduate studies in English. She is a full time musician and teaches Indian languages and music in London.
