The Ladies Sangeet Group - Sangeet Group
Established in 2015 this group of women regularly perform at Ladies Sangeet evenings throughout Yorkshire and beyond.
Their repertoire includes Suhaags, Ghodiyian, Tappé, Boliyian and Geet, ideal for both sons’ or daughters’ weddings as well as other festive family occasions. The ladies also offer Jaggo and Gidha that is interactive and empower you guests to join in your celebration.
The set is usually 1 hour and a maximum of 2 hours - they only sing the folk wedding songs, but the family is more than welcome to dance to the songs sung.
They provide their own PA system and this is included in the price.
There is an additional charge for the Jaggo of £50 if required.
