The Dixieland Boys
This New Orleans, Traditional Dixieland Jazz band are ideal for engagements ranging from drinks receptions to dances. The band members are among some of the finest practitioners of the genre in the country and are experienced in playing for all sizes of audiences and all kinds of engagements – including weddings, dinner parties, concerts, garden parties, sporting events and corporate events.
They have played at such venues and events as Claridges, Henley Regatta, Royal Ascot, The Chelsea Flower Show, Ronnie Scotts, Jazz Club, the Gherkin Tower in the City and much more.
The band is equally as adept at playing tuneful background music as playing uptempo music for dancing, and can range in size from a 3 piece to a 7 piece band, or even a 10 piece New Orleans parade band.
The band is predominately an acoustic band, meaning it is highly mobile, although it comes with full PA system where required.

They positioned themselves and selected an appropriate programme to provide background music for lunch. When requested they stepped up and became the central focus of the afternoon out on the lawn. They thoroughly entertained an audience that ranged in age from 2 weeks to 92 years.
