The Barley Mows - Traditional Irish & Covers Band
This lively upbeat band can appeal to all tastes - they play at pubs, clubs and festivals all over Ireland as well as lots and lots of weddings!
The price listed here is for daytime bookings, drinks receptions or after wedding parties - if you want the full band for your evening entertainment at a wedding the price is going to be between £1100 and £1500 depending on band size and distance.
They can offer everything from solo piper to traditional session group (duo, trio, quartet, quintet) or full lively wedding band with lighting, large PA system and DJ.
The line up of the group is vocal, guitar, pipes, whistles, fiddle, bass, drums.
The band plays songs by of Van Morrison, Dire Straits, The Pogues, Saw Doctors, Rod Stewart, Runrig, Waterboys and much more and can also perform lively upbeat instrumentals that are sure to keep people in the party mood.
No fillers here folks, just feet on the floor and nights being made. To quote one experience, "The Craic was contagious".
They have performed in New York, France, Germany and at festivals all over Ireland and can take care of your wedding entertainment all day. The group can provide music an easy listening session group suited for a drinks reception, service music in the form of instrumentals or song, a live 6 piece group and a DJ - all using the same musicians to keep costs down.
They can provide music for your wedding service, whether it is a traditional church wedding or a civil ceremony and can perform hymns, love songs or instrumentals.
